When will Liana be available?
Liana is still in development and the launch date is yet to be confirmed. Join the waitlist to hear when it’s ready.
Which devices will Liana support?
Liana is being built for iPhone and requires iOS 17.6 or later. iPad support is in the launch scope but is still being built. There is no Android or web app.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Liana doesn’t require a Liana account, and there are no Liana servers holding your collection.
Can I bring an existing spreadsheet?
CSV import is designed as a front door for existing collections, with templates, validation and an in-app guide.
Can I get my information out again?
Yes. Full CSV export is available on every tier, including Starter. Export is never gated.
Does Liana tell me how to care for my plants?
Liana keeps identity, care, observations, photographs, environment, history and relationships together so you have context. You decide what to do with it.
Does Liana include AI advice?
There is no in-app AI advice. When you want another perspective, Liana can prepare a plant’s context to take to a knowledgeable person or the AI of your choice.
Will seasonal schedules work in Australia?
Yes. Care schedules are hemisphere-aware. Liana names seasons without quietly assuming they happen at the same time everywhere.
How many plants can I add for free?
Starter includes up to 15 owned plants. Wishlist, deceased and archived plants don’t count towards that limit.
